Hi guys,

Newbie here, purchased FOF two days ago and really enjoying it so far.

I tried searching the forum a bunch of times, but keep getting an error, so I apologize if this has been discussed elsewhere:

Is there anywhere in the game, in these forums, or elsewhere that lists all the offensive plays available by formation type? It would be nice to have a comprehensive list available to print out and use to help "game plan" in advance as I prefer to call all of my own plays.

Thanks in advance!:D

To answer this few days old question that I saw as I was looking for another thread...

No, there's no list of plays by formation, except of course from the play calling screen, and no list that I've seen on the forums. I haven't called plays in quite awhile, but taking a quick look in one of my careers I see most of the same running plays for most formations, and see about the same for passing, although not quite as much.

One of these days I'm going to crack open the playcall.fdt file and figure out what's in it...

I made a list for myself in an Excel file last year, but from FOF2004. There were a couple of errors in the games file (plays listed twice) and I believe I might have made a couple of typos, but it works for me when using it for played out games with 2k7.

Thanks Rizon,

That's exactly the type of thing I was looking for. I had started to make up my own in Excel in a similar format (without the formation graphics though, which add a nice touch). But, it was a surprising long endeavor, so I started doing one formation per every game I played and was planning to post the results here once I was finished. Since I had only completed 5 formations, you've saved me a ton of work!

Thanks again.
