11 years it's been since my high school graduation.
And today I graduated with my bachelor's! :D
It was a great feeling, especially wearing honors cords and my study abroad in Spain sash. Those two things really symbolized for me just how far I've come from that rock-bottom point I was once at (though true to absent-minded form, I'd left my Golden Key medallion back in my hometown. ;)
Still don't know yet what my grad school situation is. I'm hoping to get a fellowship at Arkansas after my assistantship fell through, but I'll figure something out in any case.
Right now, I'm just enjoying this incredible day and this amazing sense of accomplishment and redemption. :)
