FNG needs roster help.

Besides bringing my post up from 0.1 post a day I need some much needed information on to what I currently have on my roster. I've searched the web made all the newbie changes to my team like stadium enhancements, training ideas and dl the HAM program. Now I would like to get to know my team. Any suggestions besides what I'm taking in everyday by guides and such would be much appriciated. Here's my roster. What should be my next moves!
Oh yeah I'm hoping to avoided demotion, which is not looking good.

Yeah, you got some problems. You really need to solidify your midfield. However, if you don't feel like you have a handle on the transfer market, post here about what someone would pay for some of the guys you're looking at. Don't get hosed on the market 'cause you're a newbie. You need some guy with STAMINA and PLAYMAKING. If they also have passing or defending you can play the offensive or defensive, but those skills are secondary, almost tertiary.

Figure out your long-term training plans. Buy young guys who are inadequate or passable in the skill you want to train. Buy these guys cheap.

After just a quick glance at your roster I think you really need some stamina training....I counted only 2 guys who were at passable- You probably want your starting midfielders to all be passable in stamina.

Thanks RonnieDobbs for the information on my guys. I would like to take up your offer on a few players on the transfer list that might help me out. I used your ideas to bring up a few players. I really am not sure yet on the worth of players on the open market. Please give so insight on these players and cost.

Well, I still consider myself a newbie at values on the transfer market, but I'll give it a shot.

But first, an important point (to me): As a newbie who doesn't have a great feel for the markets (like you), I inherently distrust any player up for transfer without any bids on it. To me, this means the seller is trying to get more than market value for him, presumably from a newbie like us who doesn't know any better. So, caveat emptor.

Well, this guy is young. If someone were training Playmaking they could make a talented offensive midfielder. Unless you're sure this is what you're doing, I wouldn't touch him. Players 20 and younger will sell higher because they can be trained to be better, so unless you're going to train them, don't waste your money.
