Just as an FYI: Now that Macro is stepping down, I will be replacing the Maassluis Merchantmen with the Fairbanks Northstars in the American Conference next season. No reason to keep a weakling team around without a human owner. I planned for somebody stepping down and added two bonus IHOF-themed teams (Fairbanks and San Luis Obispo) when I created this dynasty. Both Fairbanks and SLO started off as stronger teams than the created teams we're using.
