In 2012 C-USA, USC went 13-0 and defeated Duke in Week 15.
USC = the 2012 conference champs.
In the MAC, neither Indiana nor Buffalo won the conference.
In the MWC, Kansas went undefeated and won the conference. They beat USF in Week 6, and Rice finished 5-7. Therefore, no conference champions that are still active from the MWC.
