Dodge Challenger
Not talking the 70's here, I mean the new version. Loren saw this somewhere and showed me. I want one, it better be put into production in the next year or so because that's when I will be ready to get a car.
here is an article i found that gives some good info... http://www.gizmag.com/go/5006/

My first car was a 71 dodge challenger. I got my hopes up when I saw this thread. Didn't know there was a new one being made!

Seems like all the car companies are trying to capture the retro look.

That car will be cool until the second guy decides to put a confederate flag and 01 onto it.

The "General Lee" was a Charger, not a Challenger. *cough*

Yeah, of course, but that looks more similar to the old school Charger than the new charger does(which looks nothing like the old school charger). |

I also hope that this is an intentional typo...it amazes me how many keep referring to the Camaro as the Camero. Really bugs me for whatever reason. Anyway, I wish they hadn't stopped making the Dodge Avenger. Was my first new car, and I thought it looked pretty cool (for '95 and the price range I was in). I think they had a modified version that was used in racing and I always thought they could make a more powerful version of it, but it never happened. (Ok, I guess it is still around, only as the "Stratus Coupe". Avenger sounds much cooler.)

Think they'll ever bring back the Dodge Shadow?
With a Hemi, of course. |

I love this car. I love the retro look. I just bought an Outback station wagon last year, so it will be a while before I can buy something cool like that. For now, it will be domesticated H_B in his station, no, check that, sports wagon. Oh yeah...

Duster, Maverick, Gremlin, Omni, Escort I guess every 4 years my parents went to a dealership and asked.. "Got anything new that people will make fun of us?" At least I was spared the Pacer...

I sort of liked the Duster back then. There were certainly worse cars.
