I figure, he did even more work bringing her food out a second time, he informed the manager of the problem in a way that got us comped in the first place, and he likely wasn't the one that put the hair in her food (it was deep within her dish and wasn't just on top of her food.) |

Happened to me last Saturday. I was 99% finished so I turned down another one, because I wasn't hungry anymore and they comped it.

Comp the salad and get a new one. There's no reason to comp the entire meal. It's a friggin' hair, it's not that bad.
I also agree that Vince's manager is an idiot.
