Monday Night Football - Da Bears!

Okay, ESPN can stop masturbating over the Bears any time now. There's plenty of time to do that after they are up 21-0.

Should a rookie quarterback be able to drive down the field against the bears D?

They could stop them at any time. False hope.

Please.

I'm impressed. With that line, I figured Leinart would be dead by now.

Leinart would be dead if a certain team picked him before the Cardinals *cough raiders cough*. talk about a lucky draft for him

Hell, on the other side, Al Davis is probably crying into his drink thinking that the Raiders could have had him.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT.

A very entertaining half of football. The cardinals were also leading the chiefs at halftime last week, so we shall see in the second half.

Worst playcalling I've ever seen by the Cards. They had all the momentum and went run, run, pass on three series. It cost them what could have been 14 points.

Still, the Bears can't put anything together so the Cards will be OK.

When referring to the Raiders, there is not such thing as luck, only Al Davis.

I hate the roughing/running into/ the kicker crap. I mean, if you run right into the kicker on purpose without any intent (such a blocking a punt), I can understand it.

Seems like the Bears are trying too hard to make the big hits instead of the sure tackles.

While speaking to my father (born & raised in Chicago) earlier this afternoon he told me (rather prophetically) "I'm a bit worried, the Bears never play well on Monday nights ..."

Wow, he couldn't have been more correct to this point.

You are a Lions fan and your Dad is a Bears fan? Is your Mom a Packers fan?

Nope, my mother is homer and could be considered a Lions fan I guess, although she really doesn't care all that much. Big play by the Bears D on that last Cardinal possession by the way, where was this two quarters ago?

Wow....

What's up with Grossman? (Though a penalty should of been called on that
3rd down for the defender running into the receiver after 5 yards)

Holy crap, shit.

It's sad that your defense is scoring more than your offense.
