Hmm, interesting thought. I do want that continuity, but I also want to fully enjoy the College Hoops game and I want to have the challenge of potentially being fired as well as trying to work my way to USC. Hopefully, this time I will manage to avoid being fired wherever I re-start or I'll at least have worked my way far enough up the chain that I can get another job at a lower school

I have started a new challenge. See the thread about 2 threads below this one. Although, I was really disappointed to be fired when I was just starting to get going, I'm enjoying the new school especially since the team starts with a lot more outside shooting talent.
