RFL: Official rules thread

Figured it would be good to have a thread dedicated to whatever rules we have.

1. No Supersimming is allowed
2. No FCS teams may be kept on the schedule
3. Owners must play at least three human owned teams each season (or 2 humans and one top 25 CPU team)
4. Teams will have 6 days to play games following advancement to a new week.
5. Active owner involvement is expected; lack of activity without a reasonable explanation will result in an owner being removed at the commissioner's discretion.
6. Games will be played on AA level with 7 minute quarters and modified sliders (see post below).
7. Editing of roster names is now safe (we started with fake rosters due to the roster issue that the game came out with).
