Baltimore looking to add a decent QB

We have a fair number of spare-parts guys, and are likely to just go ahead and work things out with one of them to become our starter. But if a team out there is looking at this year as a tough spot, and has a pretty good QB (even an older one) we're willing to talk and deal. We have deep talent at OT and a few other places, and could trade "stud" for "pretty good" if the match is a good one. Or we could trade a pick or two for a guy who represents a decent upgrade, even if he's nothing all that special.
