new roster file - alltime steelers vs. the best of 2008 made younger

I was going to go through a sequence of house rules but I'll simply throw this out there --

1) took my revised 2008 file -- got rid of all the players not 2 and more in rating--- this leaves 784 players left ---
2) the top 1/3 of those were made rookies
3) middle 1/3 2d year
4) last 1/3 3d year

5) development % and contracts were not changed for them
6) all time steeler roster was constructed with experience of either 3 or 6 and development % of 40/65 or 100
7) contracts were made for the Steelers so Salary cap implications are maximized
8) import this FDT file as a new game 2008 start year and 90 million with unequal finances

edit -- ALSO USE THE X FACTOR to throw some variation into the mix

_____

One way to do this file is to only allow 8 Resignings of your FA per year (that includes renegotiations)----

You play until you have less than 11 original Steeler dynasty members
You build using the draft and signings of FA less than 45 potential in LFA

The cap gets REAL tough in 2012

I don't have a lot of time for single player but it is a neat diversion to have BRADY and MANNING and MOSS starting as younger players against the STEELER DYNASTY TEAM

post on here if you would like it and formulate some rules if you wish but the ones above work pretty well
