The Hooligans are nearing the end of their run, and some guys would seem like good additions for rising teams in the league to cap things off.

The following players, all major contributors, are available.

SP Vicente Betancourt (4 time Prado award winner, 1 year on deal plus option)
IF Eichi Watanabe (one of best hitters in league, 1 year on deal)
OF Horiuchi Higashi (steady power hitter, plays all 3 OF spots well, 1 year on deal)
OF Antonio Garcia (low CON, high POW, just 30, 1 year on deal, top notch defensive OF--especially CF, and one of fastest guys in league)

I am looking for a prospect or two, or help in the pen, or a guy I can fit into the rotation who is cheaper than Betancourt

It's probably (actually certainly) less expensive to get these guys than you would think. I am deep with players ready behind them, and I need the salary space.
