Glad to be here. I wish enthusiasm would make this team win.........I doubt that will happen though. I know i have a tough road ahead but if everything was always easy then we would grow bored.

I have a lot of work to do but that will be part of the fun with this team.......maybe ill beating your butts in a few seasons........i doubt it but I can dream right.

It's a moment to reflect for the Hibbies today, as two of the great hitting products that led to the brief resurgence in Havana retired today. Ramiro Salas and Marc Parrish, both great hitters every year they played, walked into the wild blue yonder. Parrish blossomed quickly, so it was no surprise to see him fall apart quickly as well. Salas still had the ability to play and even dominate, but as usual it's hard to get a job around here if you play a position with a lot of talent (outfield) in a salary cap league.

There is a "public beta" of the new ootp 11 patch available. 11.2.25

I've already tested this release with FOOL-X last week by running a bunch of simulations and didn't encounter any problems that I noticed. I'm not overly worried about it. It appeared to me to be compatible with 11.2.23 as well, as in 11.2.23 could export for 11.2.25 and vice versa. Some stuff would look a little different between the versions such as the fixed payroll information though.

Anyways, we don't upgrade until the offseason. Since this is publicly available now, we'll plan on upgrading this upcoming weekend. It should be very low impact for everyone as its a compatible version. For anyone wanting information on how to run two different versions for different leagues, let me know and I will be happy to help walk you through it.

Not much to report in Las Vegas. Still trying to dig out from some payroll issues a couple seasons ago. CL Charlie Lewis is now the all time saves leader for the franchise, and looks to move into the top 10 in FOOL-X this season. OF prospect William Proctor is finally making his debut. He was drafted out of high school in 2018 and will be the starting LF this year.

Ramiro Salas and Marc Parrish, both great hitters every year they played, walked into the wild blue yonder. Parrish blossomed quickly, so it was no surprise to see him fall apart quickly as well. Salas still had the ability to play and even dominate, but as usual it's hard to get a job around here if you play a position with a lot of talent (outfield) in a salary cap league. __________________ . .
