iTunes Store - Wrong Album
Anyone ever bought an album from the iTunes store, only to find it's not the album that it was advertised as?
I bought an album yesterday, and it turns out that instead of the original album, it's a live performance of that album some 20 years after the original release, and taken from a 3-CD live album that shouldn't be available seperately. The iTunes info/album cover/etc. are all from the original album. I haven't searched, but I imagine there must be some way of requesting a refund.

Contact customer service (IIRC there are links or an email address in the help/FAQ online).
I've had only one issue with anything I've bought from the (wonky download that failed) but got a relatively quick reply that was clearly written by a real human being & it was resolved within a couple of hours. I was really pretty shocked by how smooth it all was. edit to add: Granted, this sounds like it might be a stickier situation, but it seems worth a try.

Yes, it's in your iTunes->View My Account->Purchase History->Report a Problem. Very, very easy to do. There is a CNet video about it as well, if you wish to take a look at that.
