Three's Company Season 1 on DVD

Ok, I admit, I wasn't old enough to watch it while it was hot but I love this show. I just found out now that they are releasing Season 1 on DVD.

I was wondering if anyone out there knew any information on it, how many episodes it had, etc.

The price Best Buy was offering seemed very reasonable at $12.99 so I'm wondering if it's because only 4 episodes are included.

I dunno, but it seems like odd all this old john ritter stuff is just NOW coming out.. seems like company's trying to capitalize on his death to sell merchandise..

In my mind, a season disk should include all of the first season.. not a few episodes.. like south park did for awhile.. they finally woke up and started packaging them all together thankfully

Yeah, I smell a cash-in here too. But it's always possible that a release could have been planned beforehand.

Perhaps they're trying to do a "best of season 1" disk. Of course, the plots of the shows were all the same, so how do you tell which one is the best? The ones with the most jiggle?

the good news: it's the entire first season.

the bad news: the first season was just 6 episodes long - it was a mid-season replacement.

Thanks DD ... I was gonna say that.

Season 2 should be a full season of episodes.

Married With Children Season 1 just came out. It's only 13 episodes. A typical TV season has 23 I believe.

I wonder if they will include the episode (from the last season I think) where he showed his testicles?

If not, I suspect you could locate a copy via the internet if you need it that badly.
