GamePlanner Utility compatibility (PING CELEVAL)
I think it'd be a good idea if Celeval and I worked together to make sure our files can work together without problems so that the user has the option of using whichever utility they want, and users of one can trade with users of another. (This will also make posting gameplans in the strategy section MUCH better... one file instead of multiple formats)
I had this huge post typed up, but decided how I wanted to do this, and deleted it all: I will be modifying my GamePlanner to output offense/defense as the default gameplan file with the custom component in it. (no more offense, defense, formations, and misc. settings. just offense and defense) While this means work, and a larger data file size for me, it also means a simpler interface, and a totally compatible solution. I need to know 1 thing from Celeval: Do you import the formation sets with the offense, and misc. settings with the defense? Working to bring all a compatible world. -WheelsVT |

Yes.
Formation Sets and Personnel choices are with Offense, Misc. Settings are with defense. I pull them in and out of full files, so all I deal with in terms of input/output are full .fgp files. |

Thank you much. (to you too daedalus)
(would have PM'd but though the community would like to know we'd have a compatible solution out soon.) -WheelsVT |
