My bad. Well, he's already shown me enough to be worthy of that draft slot.

I'm absolutely burnt out on Miami having zero offense on a yearly basis. Playing in South Florida, this team should have offenses that regularly are some of the best in the NFL.

While the Chiefs played well last week and have played well in the first half this week, there's really no reason they should be in any of these games. KC is missing a LOT of key starters. Kudos to KC players for playing hard, but this should be a team Miami beats. |

Listening to Phil Simms is getting harder and harder for me to stomach each year. He went from "I think this guy is pretty good" to "he's ok" to "everything this guy says is wrong, I mean EVERYTHING"
Talib didn't give up a TD because he looked in the backfield. He gave up a TD because he mistimed his jump and Wilson threw a perfect pass. he couldn't have covered the guy any better. Overall, Denver is losing this game because of one player. Thomas didn't show up today. Dropping wide open passes. Not getting off of the line. If he's hurt, get him off the field. He's a great, great player, but his play has been terrible. If he catches the ball last series, at worst the Seahawks don't have enough time to drive again. He's responsible for those 7 points by himself. After attacking Sherman early, Denver has played soft and passive. You are not going to outhit Seattle, but you'd damned well better not be pansies. |

Is anyone else watching the absolute embarrassment by the refs in the 49ers v Cardinals game? Holy shit on toast. This is a joke.

LOL. Wow, how laughable. Refs in Broncos/Hawks game say Seahawks were not in the neutral zone. Replay shows he was not only in the neutral zone, he had his full head over the ball between two Broncos lineman. Said player stuffs the third and one play. Refs called the flag and then picked it up.
Good job guys. Really, really good job. |

Hell, not saying Denver was on their way back, but they actually had picked up a couple of first downs and had put together a drive. I cannot understand that call at all. It's why ALL calls should be review-able. Denver makes a three and out stop, Seattle punts. Denver lost over 30 yards in field position and 3 minutes do to that horrific call. Oh well. See if they can start another drive and make this a game or if we write it off and head to the bye week early. |

The quality of product the NFL has been putting on the field this year is just garbage. Games aren't games. It's a contest to see who gets the least amount of absolute game changing penalties called against them.
Unreal.

To be fair as bad as the refs have been, how much of a moron do you have to be to keep going with the after the whistle stuff with the way this game is being called? That's on Harbaugh to control his players

Every play this half, the 49ers front 7 is screaming at the refs for holding. I've seen holding called once all game.

WR screen doesn't work any better for denver than the patriots. I think it's time to retire that from play books as a staple.

No holding is being called in the Denver game either. Wilson has been pressured most of the game, nothing. On defense, the last series the Hawks player has the WR in a head lock and it isn't defensive holding. Good point of emphasis. guys. Denver is playing way too passive. Makes me wonder if their only goal today was to make sure Manning stayed healthy. Then we get more Phil Simms idiocy. Sherman gave up 2 passes last week. Ummm, no moron, he gave up 5. He's still a shutdown corner, he doesn't need you making up things to prove it. |

Harbaugh teams used to make all the right second half adjustments. This year, they have been flat out awful.

Willis hits the QB with his facemask = penalty, leading with the crown of the helmet.
Kaep gets sacked late in the 4th quarter on a blatant spear tackle = no call. My favorite part of this game was FOX announcer David Diehl referring to Harbaugh as the "opposing coach."

Safety on Seattle. 17-5. Still need two TD's. But at least we should get the ball back in decent field position.

Thank goodness for Ryan (best free kick I've ever seen) and that missed field goal is looming large right now.

I give up. The refs are beyond incompetent, and they just handed the game to the Cardinals.

I'm watching the Niners game too and all I have to say is I wish the Hawks were called for PI in the same way the Niners are getting it. The PI on them last play has happened about 12 times this game. I think the Seahawks have been flagged for one holding call.

Nah. The Haws don't get PI called in Seattle. Everyone knows this. Harbaugh's head is literally going to explode in the post game press conference. That's two games that have been completely taken over by the officiating crew in the second half. I've watched every 49er game since 1988, and I have never seen officiating be anything remotely close to this bad. Just...wow.

Never thought I'd say this, but the NFL is becoming unwatchable for me. The way the rules are being "enforced" this year has made the game become so disjointed and laughable at times. NFL needs to make the emphasis on games about the players again and not about the rules.

I heard an NFL official recently say "We err on the side of caution with flags, now."
I'd rather you err on the side of correct.

Denver D really has played well today. No matter what Del Rio says, this defense was designed with running QB's in mind, specifically this running QB. They could give up an 85 yard bomb on the next play and they still played well. If they had played this well in The Super Bowl, it would have been a better game. That was really a big TD there for a lot of reasons. Obviously, they needed it in the context of the game. Long term, they needed it because if you can't get six in that situation, when will you ever? |

If that were the 49ers, it would have been a clear PI penalty. As it is Richard Sherman in Seattle, it's good defense. (note:I think that's one of those plays where you can't really argue either way.)

Coming directly from the 49ers/Cardinals game to the Broncos/Seahawks game, I can honestly say I've seen three plays by the Seahawks D that would have been flagged in the other game.
Including the last play. Sherman obviously got there early.
