Completed human vs. human games that fail to upload

Hi guys. Trying to get ahead of the curve here. We should figure out a rule for human games that are completed and then fail to upload.

I agree with your suggestion from the other thread. Whoever wins gets to play the computer in a replay if necessary. I think we can all be decent enough not to run up the score or the stats beyond what was done in the actual legit game.
