New Business - Logo Opinions

Hey guys,

I know I am friends with a lot of you on FB and some of you are voting that way, but I thought I would reach out and ask for opinions here.

My GF and I have started a specialty chocolate shop (Online to start, we are looking at storefronts right now for a 2016 launch)

We have 3 logo's we are deciding from, and I would like your help voting on your favorite. The logo that receives the most votes will win.

But because we want to encourage participation, we are selecting 1 winner out of those who participate that will receive a box of goodies from us.

I like #3.

#1 has potential but think "drunken" is too hard to read.

If you are going after the true chocolates crowd then #2. If you are trying to get the drunken crowd them #3. As a true business I would lean towards #2 as my guess is that you are a chocolatier first and foremost.

dola: check out Intrigue Chocolates out of Seattle for some marketing ideas. We visited their shop when we were there last month and we were in awe. Great stuff. We walked out with $75 of chocolate. They did a tasting flight and all kinds of cool stuff that may also work for your store.

I selected #2 on your Facebook page for the same reason. The name is great, but you have to be very careful to not play too much into the 'drunken' nature of it. It can be fun while still remaining classy.

#1. I simply like the creativity and the font better. I can see #2 on a letterhead or business card, but if there's a sign out front, I think #1 is the only classy one of the bunch.

After initially liking #3, I would say #2 as well. Question though, is there a way to change how the wine/chocolate is laying in the bottle so it's more of a slanted type of fill? Because when I look at it, I'm questioning what "DRU" is referring to because it looks like you're trying to emphasize that part of the word for some reason. But maybe that's just me being weird.

We closed voting today and #3 was the winner, however we will probably be using #1 for some additional marketing things.

BTW, our own PilotMan ended up winning the drawing which I thought was pretty cool. We are sending him some Truffles this week.
