Cognitive Dissonance
Trying to learn more about this for my classes, any experts here?
My questions: 1. Is it a human flaw, what are the benefits? 2. Evolutionarily speaking, what is its purpose? It seems like a newly acquired ability humans. Or is a more of a evolutionary by product of some other brain advance? So that as humans evolve this is go away. 3. It seems there are benefits in some social situations and personal relationships? |
