Cryo therapy

I am considering this to help with my recovery from workouts, which is starting to be hampered quite a bit by age/arthritis/old injuries etc.

Anybody given this a try, or have any feedback from anyone you know that has tried it?

Sounds intriguing and being "chilled" to minus 120 F for 3 minutes is much better than sitting in an ice bath for 30-40 minutes.

Sorry, I had nothing useful to contribute, as per usual. So instead: stupid joke time! Good luck. I do recall seeing something somewhere where they said icing and cold is actually counterproductive to recovery. Maybe I'll see if I can find it.

Interesting, that is very much in the minority of what you here from most sources. I have gotten relief from ice baths, just sucks sitting in them for so long LOL
