Name the Books That Belong in Trumps Presidential Library
Lets have a fun exercise on what books you think belong in Trumps library.
I need some levity in these stressful times.

I'm sure Trump has a copy of Lolita around somewhere.

A mint-in-box Bible, standing upside down.

True, his bookcase would be incomplete without a book in German. I felt this was too obscure a choice, but you prove me wrong here.

Probably anything written by Fox News hosts. And they churn out books fairly regularly.

I get why Trump can't start on the library yet--it undercuts his "I'm still the President" theory.
But how much is the idea of a presidential library made for him? A building that literally exists to glorify you and re-write your history in a completely positive way? Built with someone else's money? That's Trump catnip. I don't like the guy, but I am actually a little happy for him just knowing how happy it will make him to build it. |

I don't think he looks long-term at stuff like that. If legacy and such mattered to him, he would have acted much differently in his life. This is a guy who spent most of his time in office watching cable news waiting so he could be praised. Everything is about that short dopamine fix and a project that will take 10+ years is going to be of little interest to him. |
