I noticed that sometimes your posts have too many spaces between paragraphs like mine do here as well. Wondering what we have in common. Do you use Firefox to post, maybe? (Wondering if we're a dying breed and there's something there.)

Not Grantdawg, obviously, but the double blank lines in-between paragraphs happens to me. I don't post much here, but I do on another vBulletin site and that was where I first noticed this issue. I usually do a preview and edit out the extra space. It's been going on for at least a couple of months for me, I think. Yes, I use Firefox and I didn't edit out the extra blank line for this post. I just pressed enter one time to insert ONE blank line for clarity but you can see the result.

This is a test line.

Ok, so this fixed it for me on my new computer:
Fix for Firefox extra lines - Calgarypuck Forums - The Unofficial Calgary Flames Fan Community

In about:config, add the following value
editor.use_div_for_default_newlines = false

Then restart the browser and it should work

I use Firefox and don't have this problem.

See?

For another theory, could it be related to the forum skin you use? I use the Yellow skin.

I got all excited. "Ben came back to ping me about something?" Then I realized it was an old thread. Brokenhearted.

Possibly? I use the grey/blue skin (FOFC vBulletin 3 Style).

Also, I remember that I've had to make this change in the past but I had to go searching for it. And once I make the quick little change to about:config, it works.

I had it crop up again.

I changed to True, restarted, changed to False, restarted again.

Let's see if it works
