Yes. I was born in Indiana and currently live in Indiana. I did live in Louisville, Kentucky for about seven years as an adult. I may move to another state at some point in the future. We will see.

Lived in hometown for five years before parents moved, so consider my hometown to be where I grew up.
However, not lived there either for 20 years, so whichever way you shape it, I’d be a no, if I was American!

WI -> MN -> WI -> WY -> WI -> AR -> NV -> WI -> NV Don't see myself ever going back to Wisconsin despite it continuously pulling me back (didn't realize how many times until I typed this out). I also can't guarantee I'll stay in Nevada. My wanderlust is strong. But for now, I'm so sick of moving (still not done unpacking by a long shot) that I don't see myself leaving for at least another couple years.

I just wish I could get my wife on a plane. We rarely have more than 4 days for any kind of trips, and I really don't want to spend two of those days driving. I would love to take quick flights somewhere to give us more options. She just absolutely refuses to consider it.

Also basically 0% chance of leaving california before retirement. We like it here and all of our credentials are in california (though likely wouldn't be too much trouble to tranfer to other states) and both our pensions are good here (me anywhere in california( hers at her specific hospital)
