No they wouldn't. Clinton and Epstein were very close. The reason they aren't going after Trump for it is to protect Clinton.

Yeah. Dems were saying before the release they would feel good if that poll showed them within 7.

Why does anyone care about Clinton at this point?

Huffpost has a story that includes a Puerto Rican voter saying he was extra mad when Trump drove around in the garbage truck, assuming it was another shot at Puerto Ricans.

It does make you wonder how much the low-information voter really understands what the campaigns are talking about.

Basically nothing. Which is why, since Kennedy, it's better to run on vibes.

Trump saying he doesn't mind if the "fake news" people gets shot. This time, it isn't a misunderstanding. He thinks its funny if reporters gets shot.

You'd have to ask the DNC. That family does nothing but hold the party back and they provide nothing of value in return.

World's most famous pedophile just called Trump his best friend and the Democrats can't attack him for it.

Him being completely off message and off his meds, surely his people at this point believe they're invincible or that the outcome doesn't matter because they're gonna continue to sow as much doubt on the result as possible or claim victory as soon as it's remotely plausible.

Surely they can read internals, but given they've got the whole C-team running this campaign, it's possible their internals are full of rosy lies to keep them from going nuts.

Trump's latest rallies seem to imply he thinks he's going to lose. I wonder what the internals look like.

Yeah, this whole deal is set up as a "lose/lose" situation. Just that one scenario accelerates the pain point/crisis.

Speaking of the secret service. Tuesday's election will be the first election considered a national security threat by the secret service.

It's a really good article that takes a dive into the Trump campaign from the last days of Biden's campaign up until now. It's crazy how much this man has to be handled like a child.

Trump had no idea Loomer was as batshit as she was and apparently she fell out of favor because of how she looked on TV with all of her plastic surgery.

The guy that booked Tony Hinchcliffe is a former Vance aide that has made a career of being an online troll. No one thought to vet a comedian scheduled to speak at MSG. He's also the guy that was pushing the pet eating thing within the campaign and was behind Vance and others doubling down on it.

A lot of people that have worked the Trump campaign are backing out of a potential transition team because Trump is a nightmare to work for.

The moment Trump really started to go off script from the campaign was the town hall with black journalists.

Different factions within his campaign are constantly at war with each other and leaking info that makes the other look bad to win Trump's favor. Trump does this as well. Apparently in the white house he would talk shit and undermine people in his administration when speaking to others.

It's telling that handling the flight manifest for Trump is one of the most stressful parts of working on his campaign. Who flies with him and where on the plane they sit establishes the pecking order for who is in and out of favor with Trump.

I feel like since that moment - with ABC’s Rachel Scott - their coverage (at least on the nightly flagship program) stopped trying to sanewash Trump as well.

Only Fans guy rescues a baby squirrel and posts on Instagram with it. At some point neighbors complained and the animals were seized. A cop was bitten, so the squirrel was killed as part of a rabies test.

So of course the guy is now a far-right hero.

A guy rescued a squirrel in New York. He eventually made a Youtube for it, and would dress it in little outfits. He had it for awhile, then someone also dropped a racoon off at his house to rescue. He got a pretty big following. A neighbor turned him in animal control because he did not have a license for exotic pets. Animal control got a warrant, and came to take the animals. The squirel bit the animal control worker while they were taking it, so they had to destroy both animals to check for rabies. The Right wing nuts are up in arms about the "police state about this."
Just so we are clear, killing people over not paying subway fares is ok, but killing an animal because it might have given a deadly disease to someone is crime against humanity.

Trump's flirt game must be....something. Young-ish Trump makes sense, but it still boggles the mind why anyone would willingly sleep with anything close to this version of Trump. That said, we all grudgingly admit he has some kind of unique and aggressive form of malignant charisma, but I'd hate to see what he brings out for 'romance'.

The New York Times technology guild has gone on strike. Beyond the fact they are the group that runs the games, like Wordle, they also run the technology behind the Needle.

Loved reading about Trump mocking Mitch McConnell for endorsing him and saying he can't wait until he's gone.

More than anything, that shows a guy who gets off on the power he has over the political process and people who run it. He knows the party matters to political lifers more than anything, and he's used that to enrich and empower himself beyond what any of us thought possible.

Let's hope this is finally the end of him. I don't know if the entire movement goes away, but I'm hoping he is the movement and it ends when he's finally finished off as a candidate.

It will be interesting to watch. There's been a flip in the demographics of each party's voters, so I'm sure the GOP isn't going to just abandon that. But who can keep that rage-crowd engaged in politics like Trump? If they plan to turn to someone like Tucker Carlson, good luck. Vance seems to have proven he has no national political future. It doresn't seem like guys like Hawley can be popular enough to win nationally either.

So Trump asked a senate candidate to come join him on the stage in North Carolina. Only problem was he was calling for the GOP candidate in Pennsylvania.

Is the Republican Party today that much different than it was? Or is it just the filter is off and they don't care as much about optics? People like Bush, Cheney, McCain and Romney are just as bad, if not worse than Trump, but are considered "the good ones" today.

The answer seems to be Musk, another rich kid who keeps failing up. The problem is he can't run, but he could use Twitter and money to play King Maker.

I think Musk would like that role but if you've ever heard him speak publicly, there is no chance he could lead any movement. Tucker would make more sense as he isn't a complete charisma vacuum.

I mean, Trump is a terrible public speaker and see where it's gotten him. It seems like as long as you say the right words and act like you can do no wrong, they'll follow you. I think DeSantis failed because he, a) tried to challenge Trump, but also he seemed to back down if he thought he couldn't win. I think if DeSantis kissed the ring and didn't enter the primary, he'd be VP right now and in a far better position than Vance.
