PING: Metro Atlanta Residents (Playing a Gig Friday Night)

Hey y'all:

Sorry for the last-minute notice, but this just got finalized a few minutes ago due to a cancellation. I'll be prowling the stage at If Coffee in Little Five Points on Friday, June 18th (yeah, tomorrow) starting at around 9:15pm. I'd imagine I'll play until around 10:45 or so. I'll be doing some originals (both old and new), as well as some covers. Hope to maybe see some of y'all there. It is an all-ages, non-smoking establishment. There *may* be a special guest accompaniest on a song or two as well.

--Ben

No biggie. Before the summer is up, I'll be heading down your way on a Wednesday night, I'd imagine. I miss ol' Slim.

Bad timing for me, I'm afraid.

Baseball practice for the 6 & 7 y/o Cardinals tonight, with a game tomorrow morning.
Pretty much takes me out of circulation.

Bad timing on this side - we've got dance lessons for the upcoming wedding thingie. Unless you want to teach us to foxtrot while you're playing. :-D

When I got married, I stayed as far away from the dance floor as humanly possible during the reception and still be considered part of the wedding party. You're telling me you have to learn particular dances for yours? Ouch.

My dance lessons start in a few weeks as well. I've never danced in my life and I've said many times that this is the only part of the wedding day that I am truly terrified of. Glad to know I'm not alone.
