Well, 2 or 3 of them are still in the business, so of course they want the pub. They haven't gotten to all of them yet.

It's a nail biter.

I don't give a shit. Just like I didn't give a shit that they were allegedly selling the New Kids Suck bumper sticker I bought.

Three of them refused to do it, anyway. What was disturbing was seeing 20 something chicks practically in tears because of it.

Bands Reunited.

I came across this show once, a few weeks ago. I'm not one for watching MTV or VH1 or any kind of music oriented channel, mind you, but I thought the episode I saw was rather humorous. I think some foreign fellow was trying to re-unite Extreme, if memory serves me right.

Of course, they didn't re-unite.

Yeah, that was the one where Nuno blew up at the guy because he told him the meeting was about something else. Funny thing is, Extreme already reunited (or will be reuniting soon) in Europe for a night. Nuno just refused to do it for that show on those terms, and resented being set up like that.

Really, now?? Now that's pretty interesting. Good info to know, thanks. I had to admit, I was a bit curious after the way that particular episode ended. Haven't really seen anything else from then on - but the 'Extreme' focus really piqued my interest for 30 minutes or so.

I can't believe no one has mentioned former NKOTB'er Jordan Knight being on the newest season of "The Surreal Life" on VH1! And you call yourself fans...shame on you!

Never watched Surreal Life. Don't even know what it is - and that's after having seen a couple of commercials.

Here's the info I remember reading:

The original lineup of EXTREME, minus bassist Pat Badger, will reportedly reunite to perform at the 20th Maré de Agosto Internacional Music Festival (web site) on the Portuguese island of Santa Maria on August 22.

EXTREME guitarist Nuno Bettencourt, who was born on the Portugese archipelago of the Azores, is scheduled to perform several dates there with his current band POPULATION 1 for the August island festivals. In addition to the POPULATION 1 set, Bettencourt will reportedly reunite with former EXTREME bandmates Gary Cherone (vocals, ex-VAN HALEN) and Paul Geary (drums), with Carl Restivo on bass. It is not presently clear if any additional reunion dates are planned beyond the group's Santa Maria appearance.

Pop 1 is opening for King's X in NJ, btw. I wish Gary Cherone and Nuno would get back together. Pop 1 ain't that great. Gary's Tribe of Judah is pretty good, though.

The Moose, as I called him, wouldn't even talk on camera and almost ran over the cameraman. And of course, Donnie Walberg is now a Hollywood actor and doesn't want to relive his past.

The strangest one was Joey McIntyre, who thought the idea was great, then pulled a Kerry and said he wouldn't do it because it wasn't on the New Kid's terms and wasn't a long-term project. Up to that point, though, he kept talking like he would do it and thought the idea was great. Very strange interview that was. The only 2 who said yes were the Knight brothers.

OK, I've now officially hit my "NTOTB talk" quota for the decade. See you in 2012.

So you guys are all allowed to comment on women and boobs but I can't make an innocent comment about a former pop star who used to be cute????

Would it help if I said Elle MacPherson was on my list of women who could turn me bisexual?

Like most of Playboy's celebrity centerfolds, they messed it up. Elle is a natural beauty and they had to go and poof up her hair and coat her in make-up.

And I'm still pissed about how they ruined Angie Everheart's pictorial...

She had hair?

But seriously, I thought her body was so amazing, and the sheen on her body, and the way they didn't do any of the aforementioned Elle stuff, the extensions bothered me none, it wasn't what i was looking at anyway. I thought it just rocked.
