Of course he knows, he has posted at some political threads i think.
But i agree that at least would be great if he tell us if something is being developed, right now we don't even know if he will develop a game ever. I totally agree with programmers not making public any release date, "it's done when it's done" is the best way to avoid over hype and guys asking every 5 minutes when is going to be released, but with any other company (sigames, heavyreign, greydog etc) we know what is going to be their next project at least a few months before releasing it. With Jim as i said before we don't even know if he is still programming anything or if he has left the text sim biz (of course this is exagerating, we know he is still into developing games, or at least is what all us hope). Anyway it's his company and we only can respect his decission.

He's said on his site that he'll announce his new project some time in late '04, so we DO know for a fact that he's working on something, Icy...

Wasn't the announcement made a good couple weeks before the release, though?

I mean, it's not like we'll wake up one morning and find out a new game is already out.

Right?

Yeah, he usually gives us at least a few weeks to start drooling over the game before it's actually released...
