Transferring league files from comp to comp

I know I have asked this before but I searched and came up empty. Am I able to save league files from this computer and save everything to a CD and somehow load the career I am in, at my other computer at school?

Thanks.

found this digging through an old thread for you. Couldn't find the most recent answer either, but this should do, unless someone contradicts me.

Generally, you may do so by transferring all the contents of the "universe" directory from one machine to another.

For compactness, you may wish to follow a few extra steps:

-back up and the universe folder on your current CPU

-delete (from within FOF) all saved games other than the current version (each savegame file is pretty large)

-delete (from file manager) box score and game profile files from the directory

If you've done all this, you'll probably be able to zip everything into one fairly manageable file.

Then you may unzip the files into a new universe directory on the new machine, and you should be in business.
