NY Times New Years Puzzles
For those who are puzzle-inclined, here's a link to a set of puzzles published by the New York Times -- answers will apparently be made available some time next week. I'm just printing them out, after getting this link -- perhaps we can do some collaborating, if we get stuck. It's 11 pages, and apparently they all come together at the end in some way.
Enjoy! |

Took me about half an hour to solve enough of them to solve the final puzzle. Quite fun.

I'm none too good at the puzzle, I guess. After one go through I have solved 9, 6, and 2. I have partial answers for 8, 5, 3 and really haven't done much with the remaining ones.

I did this over lunch today -- not too bad, really. I didn't do a lot of backwards-working, but it took me more than a half hour to solve it all.
