The problem with Martha Burke is that I feel she is trying to get another person (OK, entity) to actually give up their legal right.
Just because you are free to do something doesn't mean you are not an ass for doing that. I have the right to protest (lets just say) a Jewish kid going to school with my kid, but that is obviously going to make me look like an ass. It would be a person's right to call me out on that, and that is what we are doing here. Even better, people have a legal right to bring up a lawsuit in many of those crazy lawsuits that get brought up here all the time. It still makes them an ass, and we like to point it out.

So he's the guy that keeps sticking that camera in my face when I pull out a 20. Can't a guy just get a little action in a church parking lot without it causing a huge stir? I'm married for goodness sake, how else am I supposed to get some?
