Project Management Document
I was wondering if any of you have a template that is pretty good for project plans/project management.
The one we use at my company sucks, and I am looking to upgrade it. Thanks

I'd give you a copy of the one we use here, but reading it will cause you to become permanatly confused, and a bit sad to boot.

I have a few that are excellent at squeezing extra money from senior management and confusing underlings. Is that what you are looking for? |

I really do not have a need to squeeze the extra money from senior management, my job is to kill expenditures, and streamline the costs and increase the ROI. As for confusing underlings....thats right up my alley!
