Project Management Document

I was wondering if any of you have a template that is pretty good for project plans/project management.

The one we use at my company sucks, and I am looking to upgrade it.

Thanks

I'd give you a copy of the one we use here, but reading it will cause you to become permanatly confused, and a bit sad to boot.

I have a few that are excellent at squeezing extra money from senior management and confusing underlings. Is that what you are looking for?

I really do not have a need to squeeze the extra money from senior management, my job is to kill expenditures, and streamline the costs and increase the ROI.
