Increasing the cigarette tax, maintaining a sales tax hike, but eliminating a small tax hike on high wage earners put in a couple of years ago. All put forth by our Democratic Governor.

Where's the outcry about "tax breaks for the rich!" that we get whenever Bush talks about reducing income tax?
