My 5,000th post...
...was 36 posts ago. How the hell did that happen?!?
Anyhow, here's to me not reaching 10,000. At least not before QuikSand... |

At your rate, you will pass me on November 14, 2003.

Well then you'd better step it up there, big fellah! I think your math is off. If I make up about .8 posts a day, I am still years behind you. Last edited by Kodos : 03-13-2003 at 02:57 PM. |

I am not talking about the rate that is our posts per day, but our actual posting rate.
I took the average number of posts per day for the last 3 months, analysed it against the length of the post, and then applied a factor based off of the quality of the post. November 14, 2003 is what my formula spit out.

If you are accounting for quality, then I will never catch you. Anything times zero is still zero...

Quik's # of posts is basically akin to how Jerry Rice's records are untouchable. Considering each of his posts is incredibly well-thought out, I don't see how anyone can hold a candle to him.
Kodos will be at best, the Cris Carter of posting. |

Hey, Cris Carter is a whiny little self-absorbed maggot!
Wait, I guess that fits after all... I prefer to think of myself as the Dan Marino of FOFC. He put up some great numbers, but never had enough talent surrounding him to win it all. |

Nah. Kodos is more like the Warren Moon of FOFC.
He has a large number of posts, but many of them are rather inferior..kind of like the CFL. |

In that case, I expect a post thanking God for giving him the ability to post as many times as he has.

I am nothing like Carter. Hell, I even spell my offline name (Chris) the correct way.

Kodos is more akin to Mark Lemongello.
