FOF Question
Has anyone been fired or able to switch teams? I have played a couple of games of over 10-15 years and have not been able to switch. My record for one is 118 wins over 11 seasons (including 2 superbowls) so I would think the hapless 30 win Seattle or Tampa Bay franchises would be amenable. Anyone have similar experieces?

I think your team's financial performance matters at least as much as the W/L record. Having you been loosing a lot of money each year?

This may sound stupid, but when you start the game make sure you have hiring/firing of coaches turned on. Otherwise you can never switch teams.
