Shit, why not just send him an email telling him that the Force (which supposed to be secretive) will be in the area at a specific time? I really don't see any reason why I, you and esp. our enemy needs to know that???

Exactly. Bin Laden, on the run, is arguably even more powerful because his mystique grows with each day that he avoids capture. If Hussein is forced into hiding long-term, he's becomes essentially powerless.
