renting apartments

Am looking at moving and want to check out family apartment rentals. Can anyone recommend any good sites for apartments? I already checked apartment guide.com and apartment .com.

Dola,

Also, depending on where you live, you can check out Craigslist.com

buy buy buy, don't rent.

Rent is like taking your paycheck and flushing it down your toilet.

In the slim chance that you're moving to one of the larger cities in Texas, check out MoveForFree.com and UMoveFree.com...

I agree with you 100% but I am moving back to the Boston, area (Mass.) from being overseas in (Korea/Japan) for 10 years and want to wait a year or two before buying. MY wife and me can't really afford the 15-20% down payment on a $350,000- $400,000 house right now. My wife will be going back to University next year and I have just finished grad school and we now owe $40,000 in student loans. I know some people buy with no money down but it sure doesn't sound like a good idea. I think we will hold out until the right pplace comes alomg and we can swing at least a 10% down payment(likely $35,000-$40,000)
