Does MVP2005 (PC) have a home run derby mode?
?
Looking for a fun late night time waster. |

The console version does, so I assume that the PC version does also.
I've actually had quite a bit of fun playing around with the hitting and pitching mini-games in there also. They're fun to mess around with. |

I can confirm that the PC version does have a homerun derby but I found the minigames more fun.

Somewhat off topic, but I've always wanted a baseball game to have a very simple "batting practice" feature. Ideally, you would be able to select what type of pitch and where it would be placed, and it would be thrown over and over so you can practice things like putting it into the air to sacrifice in a run or going the opposite way with an outside pitch. This would sure as hell help me with my atrocious eye when it comes to pitches out of the strike zone. If that couldn't be done, I would even be happy with a guy randomly throwing pitches in different locations. Some of the mini-games are cool, but its not really what I'm looking for.
