Unhappy My son doesn't look to be a star.

Well, I was able to grab my son in the first round of the draft but he's just a 1.5 star catcher. I'll move him through the org and keep him around long enough to make millions and then we'll both retire. I've garnered enought championships that they owe me big time. Anyone ever see a 1.5 star guy really develop?

No, I remarried and had a child. I have two sons and three daughters now and I'm only 88. Of course it seems that every time I have a child my wife leaves me. I think I'm going to set the record for number of divorces. Watch out Liz Taylor!

I have had three boys and two girls in my career.

My first son grew up with what were described as "Excellent" baseball skills and was drafted near the end of the first round by the Red Sox. He started out as A/G/G and made it to the majors with ratings of G/A/G. He peaked at 6/5/8 and had a few seasons in which he hit 20+ homers with 30 steals. Overall, nothing spectacular, but a starter on some good teams.

My second son was described as "Rather Good," and although 3 years younger than the first, he entered the draft in the same year. He was a F/F/F entering the draft (taken in the 4th round by the White Sox) and never improved, but he was able to play SS/2B/3B and got up to 4/2/2, so he had a few seasons of major league play as a reserve.

My third son is 16 years old and has "No" baseball skills. Kind of a sad way for the old man to finish up.

P.S. Daughters are a waste.

My sources told me they were hot in the sack, so long as there was a paper bag present.

If it's possible in the game (and it should be), tie the kids right hand behind his back so he has to become a lefty and make him pitch. He's sure to have some sort of big league career then.
