Today, I Graduate!

Though I'm not going to commencement I can officially say I have graduated at 12:30 today. It's pretty exciting to finally be done (4.5 years in the making), but I am ready to get out there to start making money. I'll be able to do all kinds of cool things with it like pay off a crapload of college loans. Anyway, now comes the job search. I graduate with a Bachelors in history and a minor in telecommunications.

The good thing is I still have tickets to all of IU's home games the rest of the year. The bad news is I have to move home while I'm looking for a job. Oh well, 4 hours of driving (there and back) is well worth seeing the Hoosiers win the Big 10 one game at a time.

I started to study computers and programming (or whatever is named in USA) in the university after high school, but left it before finishing to fund my own company and work as self employed (the internet boom that years helped a lot). Maybe one day i'll finish the studies if i ever have the time again.

Has anybody figured out what sport he has season tickets to? It's obviously not Men's Basketball, because he thinks they have a chance to win the Big 10.

Congratulations, Cody. I'm an IU alumni. In fact, I'm an analyst/programmer for the university's Office of the Registrar now. (You know those nifty grade mailers you get -- yeah, that's me.)

Good luck in the future.

Seriously, congrats on graduating.

Congratulations!

Although I can tell you, leaving the beautiful campus of IU can be pretty sad. I haven't been there in probably 5 years now...

Holy crap! How many IU grads do we have on this board? What year did you graduate, K? (Just because you haven't been to campus in 5 years doesn't necessarily mean you graduated 5 years ago, I mean.)
