Well...we (largely meaning I) could clearly have done better today...but yeah, it is what it is. We're still in the same dilemma tomorrow.

Doh...on seeing that heinz has come out as seer, I say we nominate him. If he's lying, that means we'll know he's a wolf, and we can vote him without worrying.

Yeah, I'm not lying so no worries there. I doubt the wolves will actually let me get elected, but to try is a good idea.

It's worth mentioning, that if you don't believe me or are inclined to lynch me today, then I shouldn't be the Repub pres candidate (as I don't think I'm lynchable if I am the candidate, though I am as the Pres)

Let's hold off a little. I don't think we'll want to lynch you today -- I would like to find a solution that ensures we don't lose, whether you're lying or not. |

Fair enough, I was just pointing that out. I'm sure PB will differ, he'll likely want to see me lynched

If we want to have a shot at the presidency we're gonna need a bill today.

No, I could've sat on my info, let you guys wrongly lynch me, and then the truth would come out but I think you are at endgame.

heinz, is "save your ass" the only power you have, or do you have others? Tyrith, what about you -- any powers?

I just realized, if we put Tyrith up for President, he can't lose his spot. That means I can make sure someone DOESN'T get elected, without having to worry about whether or not I can get elected, since my districts will go to Tyrith, who is good.

heinz, are you planning to "save your ass" tonight, or wait until you lose an election, then save your ass on the re-election bid?

I think it makes more sense to wait personally. I mean so I don't vote on bills and such, that's really not a big deal any more

I'm not sure -- if you lose tonight, that might make you into a target. If two wolves have powers that let them ensure you DON'T get elected, it'll take two villagers to ensure that you DO -- and even then, it'll be a tie, and there's some super-secret tiebreaker to determine if it works. You're not long for this world anyway -- I think you should try to make sure you stay on top of the game a little. You can do it twice, right?

Well, if you only have one, that's a different story. Maybe you should let yourself lose, then you and I can team up tomorrow, and we'll have two people using power to make sure you get elected? I'm not sure, and since PB can read this, I think you should make the call. If you want to talk it through some more, though, we can -- just don't announce it.

FTR, I probably won't help you get elected today -- I'm going to use it to make sure someone DOESN'T get elected. Shoot, I have to decide who during the day, right? That changes a lot.

I'm going to use it. In case, somehow, the game ends, I don't want Henry to have my spot at end game, handing the Dems a major win.
