Rushing out the door before work. I'll buy your story. Unvote Poli Vote Eaglefan I hope you weren't using drama to sway me. That would suck. EF, I'm sorry if I got it wrong. Either way, I feel .like shit.

If he's a hoplight there is a 50/50 chance of him being an EVIL hoplight. Why let someone cray a river about not playing again based on being voted out affect your vote?
Oh well, villager about to go out. Watch list: PB - if he really jumped as Poli says it could very well be a wolf jumper trying to sure up aa city early (going for the smallest city first) Poli - Bad hoplight? I have been floundering on this lately though as maybe he is good and we have 3 villagers in Hades but am quite sickened by the "I may stop playing" crap because he was being voted for so I hope he gets voted out soon just based on that. Abe - orchestrated everything in Athens CR - seemed to follow right along with Abe hoops - lesser of the reads on him, followed along with Abe but less of a wolfish ping Lathum - If Abe is a wolf Lathum is good (based on the day one read) TheNorm - Probably a villager being used by Abe Schmidty - I feel very certain that he is a villager, would be very dissapointed on several levels if he is a wolf |

I guess on the bright side I will be able to read the Sparta thread later today and catch up on what happened in Athens since yesterday.
Go village!!! To whoever joins Hades today. If only one of the two remain, that person is a wolf. Also, take Poli out tomorrow. If he is going to get so uptight about votes on him that he cries about not playing again he deserves your vote no matter what side he is on. Good luck Schmidty. Remember what I have posted. Hopefully I at least picked something up in there and that it helps. |

Do we need much more motivation? It's a freaking game and the only things being said in thread were game related observations. It's pretty sad if that's going to push someone over the edge. |

No need to feel like shit, it's just a game. Unfortunately I have been saying nothing but the truth the whole time. Poli may very well also be a villager but I know that I am and see no reason to doubt that you are. That tells me that either Poli is a wolf or we have three villagers here. I have no role so all the village loses with me are numbers. |

So did he duke to me and the wolves night killed you? Or did he BS it since he's (IMO) a farkin wolf and you got lynched and I was the night kill? Inquiring minds want to know. |

hoops made the same sorta comment about me. What neither of you are factoring in is that I am aways me when I play these games. I don't change, I just play the same way, style wise. When you see a difference, it has nothing to do with allegiance, but with availability. This game essentially started on Sunday (my only day off), instead of Monday (traditionally a two-job day for me), and it was a boring day off on Sunday, too. Result? A highly unusual number of posts from me. Think about it, EF. I have been both a villager and a wolf in recent games. Did I start either of those games this way? Chances are, most people would see similarities in my play in all of those games, because they all generally started with me having limited availability (like usual). This game's just unusual in that respect, in that it started on a Sunday.

USFL, I booked after saying I was considering quitting (and I was, but now that the jackass who pissed me off ain't in the same city, I figure I'll stick around and hope he stays there). So what happened after I left? Was I voted off? At the time I left (20 mins until deadline), I had no votes, so I would guess I was killed by the wolves. I know you had one vote for sure, maybe two. Either Abe or hoops were leading.

Yeah, there was a tidal wave on me late, for some reason, and Norm ended up pushing me off the ledge, so to speak. You'd have had to be the night kill.

The only person I don't have reason to believe is good is saldana. Poli's apparently the good Hoplite, Heinz wouldn't have told us so if he was a baddie, he'd have just offed him at the first opportunity, Chief was a nightkill, Schmidty was a nightkill, and I know I'm a villager, which doesn't really make anyone believe it besides me.
Either Chief or schmidty could have been a wolf sacrificed down to hades, but I doubt Schmidty is at this point, as there was no nightkill here. Ouch. This doesn't look good for us. Either that, or I'm way too trusting. |

Okay, I see EF is a goner already. We knew after lynching him yesterday that he was a villager. Shame we couldn't be here to save him today.
I still don't know how I died. Hopefully USFL will know more. PB is actually a cleared villager. He showed up in Athens as the Marathoner Runner from Sparta, and we challenged the other MR (Athens' original) to come out and challenge him as a wolf, and that other MR stayed hidden. So PB, in my mind, is cleared. Our Ephor was either Lathum or TheNorm, based on how we did the vote. Whoever it is may have used their power, with me being here being a surprise (unless I was wolf killed). Abe claimed to be the Phoenix of Athens. I was trumping a theory when killed that Schmidty, making a name for himself here, I see, is a wolf, based on the fact that the wolves passed over both Ephor candidates and several veteran players not starting new jobs to wolf kill Schmidty, which suggests to me he is likely a wolf missionary from Athens to get their mission started here in Hades. I don't have much doubt either Poli or Schmidty are wolves, just based on common sense. I know if I were a wolf, I would send one down right away, to increase the wolves' reach and info-gathering ability, and so the villagers don't get too powerful a hold before the wolves get there. Thoughts? jeheinze? saldana? Any info on what's going on in Sparta? Can you confirm that PB came up cleared villager?

Schmidty could still be a wolf. He couldn't kill here on Day One without it being obvious he was a wolf.
Nice to be able to confirm Poli.

Oh, and with the Spartans confirming Poli, if my one wolf in the first two night kills theory is correct, that lends obvious credence to the suggestion that Schmidty is a wolf.

Sparta as I left it, was a touch of a clusterfuck really.
Day One: PB revealed as the Runner pretty early. Dubb was basically haywire all day and managed to accuse just about everyone at some point. Then just decided that PB *had to* be the bad runner. I thought him insane that he could be so sure, but in the end, the idea that PB was at least 50/50 bad prevailed and he was lynched. I don't believe we got word on if PB ended up being good or bad. If we did then I forget, so it was probably that he was good (since I'd have surely remembered had we been told he was a wolf). Night one was the Poli killing and we were told he was a villager hoplite Day Two: It became clear Danny was our Ephor. Our candidates were he, clap and someone else and Clap said he didn't get it. I know I had voted for Danny so it made sense to me he got it. Our Day Two vote was basically a sit around and wait. No real votes most of the day and it was a tie at or near two votes between candidates of Sal, Clap and Jackal. Dubb picked up a one off vote. BK never did vote. In the end sal had the most votes at 3, but Danny said to "expect fireworks" and then I left to get some work done. Next thing I know I'm in Hades. So either Danny ephor'd it to me and they then strangely night-killed sal anyhow or Danny bluffed and Sal was lynched and I was night killed. I don't know for sure either way. My hunch is that Danny is a wolf based upon either action of that result. I was a voter on sal but not with a whole lotta force to be honest. He was at the top of a meager list of candidates really and the most suspicious thing he did in my mind was seemingly continue to pair votes with clap. But Sal also stepped up big time and basically kept sacrificing himself to avoid a tie-vote scenario multiple times. I agreed with his plan and would've moved my vote, but in doing so my only real options would have then created some form of tie or lined my vote up with him and clap which I wasn't so hot on. |

if sal isn't a wolf, then I would wager at the least Danny and Clap are from Sparta
If sal is a wolf, Danny might be still and they thought it worth it to send him here as a villager (via the night kill) rather than overtly as a wolf (via a lynch). That or sal happens to be a wolf and Danny happens to be a friggin retard. |

Hi guys. Please don't take my stance against EF as off-putting. I just didn't like how he "came after me". I honestly don't know what got into him thinking..."OMG, POLI IS WOLF!1!!"
I wouldn't have minded a decent conversation about the merits of all three of us being villagers vs. wolves. Holy cow, though, it seemed like no matter what I posted he had a way to twist it to his own satisfaction, which honestly made playing this game very unfulfilled. Quite honestly, one of us may have been a wolf. I still think there was a better chance none of us were. Sadly, his play became tiring for me to even bother reading. I decided to come out with my information. Seriously, I thought I would be dead this afternoon. Eagle's argument that there was a 50/50 shot of me being a wolf I figured would persuade Schmidty. I'm surprised that it came out in Sparta that I was a good Hoplite. Unfortunately, if there's a wolf amongst us today, I will be dead tomorrow, lynched or not. In that case, gentlemen, it was fun sans Eaglefan. No offense, Eags, you just kind of sapped the fun out of what I thought would be a "fun time" in Hades (hence a number of posts I started with here). God speed, villager. Oh, and guys, welcome to Hell.

Just to add on to my previous post...I recall an argument that lynching PB made sense as there was a 50/50 shot he was bad being the marathon runner. I figured the same argument would be made here once I revealed as the hoplite.
I had a small hope that even in my lynching that if someone else revealed as a hoplite that they would be doomed by my action.
