Our defense came out very good and our offense was even better. Except for 2 turnovers (1 INT and 1 fumble), Gilmore and the rest of our offense could not be stopped. We never punted as we destroyed Pittsburgh. Gilmore had over 100 yards rushing and a few TD's. He also threw for over 400 yards as we had 3 receivers with over 100 yards receiving.

I feel your pain. Oh well, I don't have to worry about trying to squeeze my game in before I leave on vacation. I will get the recruiting done tomorrow before I go. |

With the nation's #1 TE in the house we dispelled any rumors that we didnt know how to use a TE as the Sr Patton was named POG after 200 yards and 3 scores. We won a all too close game for 2 weeks in a row.
Really frustrated with this team. Seems to be a number of players with lesser ratings out playing their higher rated counter parts. Changes are coming. We are either going to improve or get the rooks experience. Guess I shouldnt complain we are 3-0 and have been an underdog in 2 out of 3 games... I am getting all I want from the CPU this year for sure. |

We had injury problems this game. Our top RB went down very early. Stewart went down a bit later. Alabama had a very good defense and offense that could actually do some things against us. Their offense was actually the best I've seen from a CPU in a long time. They moved the ball, but our defense managed to force 3 interceptions and a fumble. Gilmore got banged up and had to come out of the game 3 different times but he still played incredible when he was in the game. He had almost 300 yards passing and over 100 yards rushing as he was the main force guiding us to a 45-25 win over Alabama in their house.

Well I just played Miss State and won 37-13, then after the game the system says "the commissioner has made changes which require you to restart." I now have to play the game again. Lame. Now I am really going to beat the fuck out of these guys.

I've been getting that error a lot lately, and I have no idea why.. But this is the first time I have had to replay a game because of it. We won the second time something like 77 or 70 to 40 something. Our defense didn't do shit.

We dominated ND. We held them to 0 of 8 passing to start the game and outscored them 28-0 in the 1st. We had a 49-0 lead at the half. Then, they started really moving the ball and scored. That upset us but we were still going to coast a long. Then, they took out Stewart (who seems injury prone) for the rest of the game. That got us really fired up. We started firing on all cylinders again. We crushed ND 98-10.

We lost to #9 Oregon with 5 seconds left. Our second half sucked as our Heisman Hopeful QB went out with a concussion and the backup did jack squat.

Gilmore threw 2 early picks that I fear will hurt his Heisman chances, but otherwise he played a brilliant game and he had us up 42-0 at the half. Our defense managed to force 5 turnovers to trounce Penn State 77-10.

And we took ND out behind a woodshed with a house full of recruits watching. It was needed after the last second loss last week.

Lost to A&M by 3.
Couldn't hold onto the ball. 5 fumbles. And aTm has some really good QBs . We knocked the starter out, but both he and the BU were shaking off DE blasts to the face to scramble for yards all day. They combined for 5 BTK. Defense is fully of studs but not playing like it. Gotta figure something out on that side o the ball quick. |

Played my game last night, but had to pause during the middle to put the kids in bed. Came back, finished up a 42-17 win, and found out I had been logged out of Live. Couldn't get the game to upload, so looks like I have a do-over.
P.S. Duke's top tight end is a monster. Last edited by Kodos : 08-19-2015 at 08:20 AM. |

Macro and I had a very interesting game. His rushing offense was 1st in the nation (I think) while our passing game was tops in the nation but we had a role reversal. We ran the ball very effectively and while he ran the ball well, his passing was deadly too. We went back and forth early but a pick gave us a chance to build a good lead. Unfortunately, we fumbled it away. We managed to force a fumble later in the half and had a chance to build a big lead going into the half, but a bad pick (on a nice play by his MLB) led to a change of momentum. Macro marched down the field including an incredible highlight catch TD, break two tackles, and rumble into the endzone to make it 35-35 at the half.
In the 2nd half, the pace of play and the offenses slowed down a bit and we managed to take a 56-42 lead in the 4th but Macro marched right down the field again. His offense was very impressive. We managed to get the onside kick and we ran out the final 2 minutes for a tense 56-49 win. |

Held on to squeak past Auburn.
Was tough to play. The "9"/go routes were open all game, but it felt cheesy to just throw it over and over. So I tried in vein to run, even broke a long option for a 70+ TD. But in the 4th they just kept kamimaze blitzing and leaving the slop uncovered. Finally had to take avantage of it with 2 long TD passes |
