When there is only one accuser, there's room for reasonable doubt. But with so many accusers, the preponderance of the evidence suggests... guilty.

Is it really guilt first in this or the Weinstein case? Based on all the reporting, this accused behavior of both guys was well known in their community. Seems to me most people believed that they were at the very least not guilty, at best completely innocent, with yes he does it but oh well somewhere in the middle.

oh NOW I know who this guy is! He's the scarf-wearing guy who beat Rent to death on broadway and in the movie. He was playing the lead role (along with Adam Paschal) LONG after he was too old to play it.

FWIW, the Elton John evidence reported in the article (many other celebrities apparently testified also) didn't seem like much.

I accept the jury judgement. Wouldn't surprise me if he was more "aggressive" than he should have been it but jury didn't find it to level of "sex assault". Probably a little bit of money grab also played into it.

I hope he gets his life (and money) back, and gets some roles.
