We just moved to a new house last month, so with some trepidation, I tried out the small salon just down the road. The girl who cut my hair was BEAUTIFUL. I will have to stop letting two months pass between haircuts. I just wish I wasn't blind without my glasses...

I have the same 'problem'. The girl who cuts my hair could cut crop circle patterns in my hair and I'd still come back. If I could post a pic... I would.

I was shaving my head at least once per week for the last 10+ years. I have not done that in about 6 months, so my wife has been cutting my hair and YIKES!!! Even she said I should go somewhere and get it done. She also made the comments about getting some hot chick to cut my hair and I will always be going to get it done. She wasn't specific about "what" was getting done though....

Got a haircut and it's slightly different than what I usually get, as I have bangs now. I don't think the hairdresser was used to working with people with wavy hair because she botched them up pretty good.. she used the wrong brush, then tried to fix them by blow drying then straigtening them and they were a complete disaster. After about 20 minutes, I just told her to leave them alone.
I don't know what possessed me to get 'em, as I hadn't had bangs since I was in highschool but they don't look half bad. I'm thinking of buying temporary hair coloring styling gel just to do something different. |

I discovered we have a SportsClips across the street from work.
I will be going there tomorrow or Monday morning for my pre-trip haircut. We'll see if it's worth the wait. |

Congrats on the haircut, MikeVic.
I'm not planning a haircut for at least 2 weeks, but I am probably shaving my mustache off on Saturday.

Just got mine cut from Hair on Wheels. The girl was cute, but the ATM machine was broken, so she ended up with a crappy tip.

My wife does my haircut. After my last experience at $7 haircut tuesdays at this new place in town, I spent the $30 bucks and bought clippers. I figure if it looks like shit, it will be free.

15 plus a 5 dollar tip if it looks good.
Just got mine done the other day, I was looking pretty shaggy. From the post above, it looks like it was about 3 months in between trims....i really should go about every 6-8 weeks. |

I pay for my haircuts in sex.

When I lived in Jersey and had a barber who became a friend (year or so older than me), $10 + $5 tip. I would throw him $10 if I had some extra cash.
Now in NYC, $14 + $5 tip. I want that damn single back from my $20. |

Depending on hairstylist hotness, anywhere from $5 - $20 tip per haircut.
