Did I make a judgment call? I simply explained what the reference to Shorty was - he defended everyone that got banned or boxed.

I have my feelings on the moderation of this board, but I find it rather pointless at this point to bitch about it, as it's not going to change.

i find the easiest thing to do is not come here. were it not for the birth of my daughter that i felt would be nice to announce here, i wouldn't have come back. in all honesty i was just gonna post the birth announcement and move on, but then i saw all these "HA is back" posts and decided to stick around. if i get boxed, so be it. if i get banned, so be it. this entire website is a joke when you think about it - a website dedicated to vaporware. i get the "ppl come here thinking its the official FOF website so bad behavior looks bad for Solecismic" thing, but guess what? the company is dead. Jim is working the cash register at his local five and dime, and no one is buying a game that came out like 5 years ago, not to mention a game that isn't advertised anywhere. this is Jim's market. us, right here. no one is googling "football text sim game". everyone who knows about the game knows about it. this site isn't connected to FOF anymore. there's no need to keep our pants on anymore. anything short of decapitation videos and girl on girl assgagging should be in play here.

I don't know about everybody else here, but I don't think of these forums as having anything to do with FOF. I have continued to come for the past 10 years because I enjoy the conversation, plus I've made some half-way decent friendships along the way. The only time I play FOF is for FOFL related stuff. As far as Jim and his life are concerned, I could care less. Why? Because he's not really a part of this community, no different than any other lurker who only posts once every couple months. I don't place him, nor anyone else here up on a pedestal.
