So, you'd have thought I learned my lesson. I went to a hot sauce festival up in DFW this weekend called Zest Fest. Sampled something called 'Flash Bang'. Got 1/4 teaspoon of it. At first it had great flavor. Then about a minute later came the great pain. My mouth was burning for about 10-15 minutes, so I guess I'm getting more tolerant of the stuff. Then, about an hour later, it felt like it was trying to dissolve a hole in my stomach. If that is what an ulcer feels like, I hope I never have one. Here is a link to the stuff:
FLASHBANG Hot Sauce But as bad as that was, I was WAY better off than the guy that ate an entire Carolina Reaper pepper. He quickly regretted making that poor life decision.
