I haven't figured out how to use this team effectively yet, and Asheville smacked us around pretty good. We got some cosmetic points at the end, but this game was decided early in the second half. Good game, EF. You seemed to figure out where I was going in the passing game multiple times.

Well I think we would have fared better if we didn't have 14 dropped passes.. So many drives killed by that, leaving our defense on the field way too much, resulting in a worn down and beaten team by the late second half. We lost 38-10. I think we could have hung with them at the very least if we had say.. 7 drops instead of friggin' 14. Their QB ran for nearly 300 yards.

4 turnovers (1 stupid decision by me, 1 horrific throw by my QB who showed some wildness, and 2 fumbles) was far too much for me to overcome against Tucker. We held them close in the first half, but they were up 27-0 by the 4th. 3 of our turnovers were in the redzone including 2 inside the 5. We managed to score late and I recovered my first onside kick in a very long time, but we couldn't get up the field to score one more time. We lose to Tucker 27-7.

Our defense played tough and managed to get us a 21-0 lead at the half. Orlando fought hard in the 2nd half, but a few turnovers cost them and Asheville wins 31-7.

EF kicked my ass up and down the field.. The one big play we managed late in the game when it was out of reach was called back for a clipping penalty. I think it was telling after the game to see that his RB and QB were "hot" because I think that is what makes the big difference in these games. Hot players seem to always break that extra tackle or gain that extra yard that makes a difference in such an even situation.

Either way we were beaten both physically and mentally. GG Eaglesfan.
