We took WVU behind the woodshed.

They were a very strange D. The blitzed a ton and played a bunch of tight zone.

Normal passes and runs up the middle were stifled but sweeps and fly routes were open. So it was homerun or fail

We had to go to overtime in Miami, but we intercepted the Hurricanes on their first possession in OT, and then rammed the ball down their throats for the winning touchdown. Final was 44-38.

Not too worried, with a 6 man league, there are hold ups bound to happen. Yeah, the onboarding went great. It was someone that we worked with at another company, and he's bringing us in to his new place.

Cartman and I got our game in last night, and after a struggle early on we managed to take over after our RB Summers just went beast mode on a carry in the 3rd quarter. He's not the fastest, but his trucking ability and his weight have been an awesome combo to have in the backfield. Can't tell you how many times he has just run over a DB or even sometimes an LB and not even slowed down really. On this run, he ran over 2 guys in a row and then used his downfield blocking to keep guys off his slow ass while he rumbled for 70 plus yards and a score.

He took oxygen for a while after that one, and the team seemed to really get loose after that and helped us pull away.

We have now advanced to the next week, I will post the schedule after I get home.

We went into the half tied 28-28 with a suprisingly talented Georgia squad, but we gained some separation in the second half when their QB started throwing interceptions. He tore our secondary apart in the first half, and their running back was great at grinding out tough yards on the ground.

I lost and am really frustrated. I'll finish the season but after that Im done.

The CPU was set to win the entire game from the opening kick off.

I played my butt off including letting them score to get the ball back with 48 seconds to go.

Right down the field 1st and goal from the 5 12 seconds left no timeouts.
Call a nice middle mesh play and the TE is wide open. This wasnt one of the I thought I hit the button before I was sacked deals. I hit Rb to hit the TE 5 times the QB wouldnt throw the ball. I then hit X still would throw the ball RS wouldnt throw it away, I finally start scrambling and look like Im still going to get in the end zone when Im ran down from behind, caught inside the 1 and drug backwards. The play clock had of course long since expired.

That was the pinnacle but it also included a swatted down pass that was caught by another wWR 20 yards away.

Its rare but when the game goes into CPU wins no matter what mode any effort is ultimately futile.

Im really pissed right now. Really analyzing how many hours of my life I am giving to this game to an electronic device screw me and make me unhappy.

I know this sounds whiny and childish ...but I dont care right now. This entire game was bullshit. Multiple times Id be in cover 3 and theyd throw to a double covered man. On a 3rd and 19 I hit the RB in the backfield and he stiff armed me 21 yards for the first down.

Late in the game my star RB was not shown as injured but could go in for the last 2 series.

I could go on.
